Once a payment is completed through our secure third-party payment processor, Paddle.com, for any of our subscription plans or services, we do not offer refunds or accept returns.

This policy is in place due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access provided upon purchase. We encourage Event Organizers to carefully review their subscription needs before finalizing payment.

Refunds may be considered only in cases of documented technical faults or errors originating from our platform that prevent the subscribed service from being delivered as described. Such instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
